Friday Coaching (By The Beryl Collective)

Women-led coaching sessions by a collective of cycling clubs from across Yorkshire to provide a space for all girls and women from the age of 8 all the way up to Veteran and Masters Women. (Psst there's really no such thing as too old!)

These sessions are designed to build confidence and skills and will be split into a minimum of 3 ability groups with dedicated coaches and their own space.

Youth Sessions will start at 7 pm prompt and run for 1 hour until 8 pm.

Older/Confident Youths can then continue on until 9 pm with the Senior women, if they choose, or may start with Seniors for the full session.

Junior and Seniors Group will start arriving from 7 pm with a view to being warmed up ready for coaching to begin at 7.30 pm - 9 pm.
