Fill the online application form




  • Visit the Parivahan portal and click on "Online Services" on the homepage.



  • Select "Driving Licence Related Services" from the drop-down menu.



  • Select your state and RTO from the list of options.



  • Click on "Apply Online" and then on "New Learner's Licence".



  • Read the instructions carefully and click on "Continue".



  • Enter your Aadhaar number and verify it with an OTP.



  • Fill in your personal details, address details, and class of vehicle details.



  • Click on "Submit" and note down your application number.



Upload the required documents




  • Go back to the homepage and click on "Upload Documents".



  • Enter your application number and date of birth and click on "Show Details".



  • Upload the scanned copies of your identity proof, age proof, address proof, educational qualification proof (if applicable), and medical certificate (if applicable).



  • Click on "Confirm" after verifying the uploaded documents.



Pay the application fee




  • Go back to the homepage and click on "Fee Payment".



  • Enter your application number and date of birth and click on "Show Details".



  • Select the fee amount and mode of payment (credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).



  • Make the payment and take a printout of the receipt.



Book an appointment for the learner's test




  • Go back to the homepage and click on "Appointment (Slot Booking)".



  • Select "Learner's Licence Test" from the drop-down menu.



  • Enter your application number and date of birth and click on "Submit".



  • Select your preferred date and time slot for the test from the available options.

Download and install the app




  • Go to Google Play Store or App Store and search for mParivahan app.



  • Select the app from the list of results and click on "Install".



  • Wait for the app to download and install on your device.



  • Open the app and accept the terms and conditions.



Register and login with your mobile number




  • Select "DL Services" from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.



  • Select "Register/Login" from the top right corner of the screen.



  • Enter your mobile number and verify it with an OTP.



  • Create a password and confirm it.

Enter your application number and date of birth




  • Select "Download LL" from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
